The overall extension of the company is approximately 15,800 m², of which about 27,000 m² are planted with vines (Vermentino, Pigato and Rossese); urban real estate m² 570; agricultural buildings m² 616; woodland and rural areas about 30.800 m². The area has a unique climate where the sun is the protagonist of excellent vintages and large Vermentino productions. The average annual production is about 75,000 bottles and is sold in Liguria, in the North Italy, in the United States and in Switzerland. The company, in addition to its own wines, markets a grappa of single vine (Vermentino) and extra virgin olive oil. It is 15 minutes from Sanremo and half an hour from Montecarlo and from French Riviera, the 450 sq.m. farmhouse consists of 5 apartments, with 4 beds each, furnished and equipped with a kitchenette and private parking on the property. A disposal of guests there is also a large living room with TV. Adjacent to the apartments there is a beautiful garden of 600 square meters with swimming pool and solarium. From a feasibility study available there was an additional building potential of mc. 887.58 which would allow the construction of 4 buildings consisting of an aboveground floor of about 100 square meters. and a basement of about 110 square meters each.
